1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return for most items under the following conditions:
The item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
The return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
The product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
Please note: For hygiene and copyright reasons, software, digital downloads, and items marked as “final sale” cannot be returned. Opened software or products without original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
2. The Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Provide your order number, product name, and a detailed reason for the return. Photos or a short video are helpful if the item is defective or damaged.
Receive Instructions: Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item and include the RMA number inside the package. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (for example, an incorrect item was shipped).
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
Approved Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing Time: Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to appear in your account after processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refund Amount: The full item price will be refunded. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
4. Exchanges & Store Credit
Exchanges: Exchanges are available for the same product if it is defective. For a different product, we recommend completing a return and placing a new order.
Store Credit: In certain cases, such as returns without the original receipt or requests made after the 30-day window, store credit may be offered at our discretion.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Returns and refunds cannot be accepted for:
Items returned after 30 days from the delivery date
Products damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or improper use
Items not in resalable condition (used, modified, or missing components)
Clearance or final sale items
